At the Finnish border, the driver must always report to the customs service counter.

The driver should have the relevant customs references available.

For goods exported from the EU through Finland, the driver must also present the relevant export document, for example in the form of a barcode.

What documents do we need?

if the goods continue under customs supervision to another destination.

A Finnish company sends commercial goods to a customer in Alta.

The truck travels:

Finland → Kivilompolo → Kautokeino → Alta

Before the vehicle reaches Kivilompolo, the invoice, packing list, CMR and vehicle information are sent to TollAgent AS.

At Kivilompolo, the driver reports to the customs service counter and follows the instructions from customs.

NCTS and T1 at Kivilompolo

Goods can also enter Norway through Kivilompolo under an NCTS transit procedure.

For goods travelling under T1 or another transit procedure, the relevant MRN must be included in the Digitoll information.

The transit can then continue to the agreed customs destination in Norway, depending on the procedure.
